BREAKING: Rogue Bureaucrats Accused of Undermining Trump Executive Orders Through “Delay Chains”

Leak-Social uncovers how unelected bureaucrats are quietly stalling Trump’s executive orders through coordinated red tape tactics. Discover the sabotage the media won’t cover.

A newly uncovered report suggests that mid-level federal employees across multiple agencies have been quietly coordinating efforts to stall or water down implementation of President Trump’s executive orders — using a system insiders are calling “delay chains.”

According to leaked Slack transcripts and internal memos reviewed by Leak-Social, the delays are not accidental. Bureaucrats at agencies including the EPA, HHS, and even segments of the DOJ appear to be deliberately rerouting documentation, over-requesting compliance reviews, and sitting on approvals until the orders lose momentum.

“This is soft sabotage,” said a former White House legal counsel familiar with the process. “They know they can’t block these orders legally, so they’re burying them in red tape until the press cycle moves on.”

The tactic reportedly ramped up after Trump’s March 2025 order dismantling ESG compliance in federal contracting. One internal email from an EPA policy advisor, titled “slow-roll playbook,” includes a checklist for “procedural stallouts” and a warning to “avoid digital paper trails outside secure channels.”

Even more shocking: several of these internal discussions were facilitated through encrypted apps running on government phones, in clear violation of federal transparency rules.

The White House has yet to publicly address the issue, though sources confirm that internal audits are underway.

Mainstream media has not reported on the leak. MSNBC ran a story this morning about “climate grief therapy for federal workers.”
